In order to assist our clients globally TECHTREK has introduced SAAS. The idea is to provide Beginning to End solutions tailor made to meet the client’s exact requirements. Cost of the development of the software, related peripherals and hardware is met by us. In this concept you pay only for the quantum of the service used. With increase in volumes the costs would go down. SAAS concept is available for onsite or offsite processing.
For example in your particular case – “PROCESSING APPLICATION FORMS” – based on SAAS concept TechTrek beginning to end solution will include:
1. Development of the Software.
2. Installation of Scanners and related imaging support equipment on your site.
3. Data capture by our own well trained dedicated Operators/QC/Supervisor team at your site.
4. Install own Servers for intermediate processing and storage of data. Out put will be supplied in the desired format for export to your server. Development of interface if required.
5. On line back up at a third party location (belonging to TechTrek) and retrieval facility.
In our opinion the above encompasses the range of services “Application Form” processing will require. However, you are welcome to include more services or cherry pick from the services listed for now.
B. ON SITE PROFESSIONAL
We have a bank of a large number of own employees who are well trained in all aspects of imaging, data capture and data processing. Using our personnel and your software and establishment we can process the Application forms at your site. Our skills are not only well versed in capture processes; they are highly productive and quality conscious. Higher productivity and better quality would automatically afford better economy by reducing number of the operators and time taken to rectify. The value addition to our offerings is our technical strength in the area of document management.
